I work as a process facilitator and host of conversations, (co-)creating spaces that foster dialogue, learning and collaboration and help in the development of people, teams, organizations and communities.
I am now looking for opportunities that allow me to host conversations and facilitate participatory, strategic and transformational processes that generate positive and sustainable impact.
I want to work with people and groups who:

What do I do
Facilitation of collaborative processes
Part of my work consists in designing and facilitating collaborative processes, mostly within organizations and communities, in order to support its development. They aim to include different stakeholders in the conversations, decision-making and/or creative processes, strengthening relationships, generating engagement and taking advantage of the collective intelligence to lead to better solutions and results.
The processes vary according to the context, need and goals, and I always start by helping to clarify those.

Facilitation of learning environments
The other part of my work consists in designing and facilitating experiential learning processes, through workshops, trainings or retreats.
What I do is basically propose experiences, exercises, conversations and reflections to help people learn and explore different themes, always using the group as the protagonist of its own process and considering the different learning styles.
The themes, the content and the format vary according to the context, need and what's aimed to be learned or developed.

What did I do
Brazil
I work as a self-emploued host and facilitator since August 2018, when I came back to Brazil. I've designed and facilitated various open and in-company workshops and processes, both in-person and online, mostly in partnership with other professionals and national and international organizations, such as Manifesto 55, CoCriar and THNK School of Creative Leadership.

Vietnam
During the almost two years that I lived in Vietnam, working at Knowmads Hanoi, we offered several programs for young adults, based on personal development and entrepreneurial attitude, in addition to several open workshops. Also noteworthy is the process of training local facilitators, who ended up taking over the school from 2018, and the creation of a community of practice with students, alumni and other people who orbited the school community.
