Hi! My name is André Herzog and I've created this website to share a bit about my work as a process facilitator and host of conversations.
Here you'll find some relevant information about me and my work, besides a blog (Portuguese only, for now), in which I'll post texts about subjects that interest me.

About me
I believe that a better world is not only possible, but needed. I hold as my main motivation the desire to contribute to the development of people, teams, organizations and communities.
I have a degree in economics, but I am now looking for opportunities that allow me to host conversations and facilitate participatory, strategic and transformational processes, that generate positive and sustainable impact.

My work
I work as a process facilitator and host of conversations, (co-)creating spaces that foster dialogue, learning and collaboration and help in the development of people, teams, organizations and communities.
More specifically, I lead groups through experiential, participatory and often transformative processes, mostly in partnership with other professionals and organizations.
